Service Description

A reflective, heartfelt session that gives students a lasting keepsake of who they are right now and a message of hope for who they're becoming. Designed for Year 7 students starting high school, this workshop guides participants through grounding activities, guided connection, and quiet reflection before they write a personal letter to their future graduating self, sealed and stored until Year 12. Led by two experienced facilitators, the session blends floor-circle check-ins, quick-connect conversations, movement resets, and guided visualisation to help students feel calm, seen, and genuinely reflective not rushed or put on the spot. By the end, each student has written something honest, personal, and entirely their own. Great for: Year 7 transition and orientation programs School wellbeing and pastoral care initiatives Leadership and personal development days Milestone or "beginning of journey" school events What to expect: Students reflect on identity, values, friendships, and personal growth through guided discussion and creative writing no right or wrong answers, no grading. Letters are collected and stored by the school until Year 12 graduation, when students receive their own words back. Suitable for whole-class or year-group bookings.
