PROJECT MOVE
Artistic Growth Through Movement
PROJECT MOVE is a dynamic movement initiative designed to build confidence, resilience and emotional regulation through embodied practice.

Participants develop discipline, teamwork, self-expression and physical vitality through inclusive, high-energy sessions led by experienced facilitators.

Embodied Wellbeing &
Mental Health
PROJECT ZEN supports mental, emotional and physical wellbeing through creative and culturally responsive practices.

Identity, Voice, Connection & Creative Expression
PROJECT INK uses creativity to strengthen identity, wellbeing and community. Through the creative arts, participants build confidence, emotional literacy, meaningful friendships and a greater understanding of themselves and others.
