Creative Leaders Program
OWLKEYME's Creative Leaders program is a professional development initiative for wellness, movement, and creative art educators between 16-25years who want to teach with greater authenticity, depth, and cultural understanding.
Real growth as an artist and educator doesn't happen from the sidelines it happens through direct, hands-on experience: moving, creating, and learning alongside others who share the same craft.
This is why Creative Leaders is built as an immersive, in-person program linked with our weekly community sessions rather than a lecture series or online course. Educators don't just learn about the culture and history of their discipline they practice it, embody it, and carry it forward.
This kind of deep, transformative learning only works in a small group, spots are limited and applications are required for every Project Move cohort (4 entry points per year). This ensures each educator receives genuine mentorship, meaningful connection with fellow artists, and the space to fully engage with the material rather than being one of many faces in a crowded room.

Investing in yourself as an artist isn't indulgent it's essential. The educators and facilitators who show up, do the work, and commit to developing their craft don't just walk away with new skills; they open doors. Our Senior Facilitators are always on the lookout for Creative Leaders they can bring onto real, paid professional jobs but these opportunities aren't advertised, and they aren't open to everyone. They're offered quietly, to the artists who've proven their dedication inside the program. This is where genuine investment in your own growth pays off: the more you show up for yourself, the more doors open that you didn't even know existed.
