About the event
We're excited to share that Project ZEN will once again be part of Zero2Hero's In Your Head Mental Health Conference, with Lamb facilitating restorative yoga breakout sessions.
These sessions offer young people a chance to slow down, reconnect with themselves and discover how mindful movement and breath can support their wellbeing. In the midst of a busy conference, Project ZEN creates a calm and welcoming space to reset, reflect and simply be present.
We're incredibly grateful to continue partnering with Zero2Hero and to be part of a conference that champions innovative and accessible approaches to youth mental health across Western Australia.
